This starter notice should be reviewed whenever analytics, a hosted form, a mailing list or another data-processing service is added.
What the enquiry form does
The form runs in your browser and prepares an email addressed to forgefilamentworkshop@gmail.com. The website itself does not upload or store the information entered into the form.
Information sent by email
An enquiry may include your name, email address, project details, filenames, download links and files you choose to attach. This information is used to answer the query, assess a possible commission and complete work later agreed.
Submitted files
Files are used only to review or fulfil the requested commission unless separately agreed otherwise. Do not submit files that you do not own or have permission to reproduce.
Retention
Queries that do not become commissions should be removed when no longer needed. Records connected to agreed or paid work may need to be retained for accounting, dispute-resolution or legal reasons.
PayPal support contributions
The support window does not collect card or bank details. PayPal opens separately and processes the payment and related personal information under its own terms.
